The ISDN Team has over 9 years work in supporting internet service provider operations. This includes five years at the Westplex Information Network managing network growth, modem pool support, and helpdesk staff. Also  included are four years supporting the ISP operations of WEB CITI and Information Security Defense Network supporting dialup, e-mail, web hosting, database, and e-commerce solutions.

For St. Charles County Governent, we were responsible for all hardware and software purchasing, installation, and support. At Lambert-St. Louis International Airport we are currently responsible for database and e-mail services.

Members of the team have over 20 years experience in the governmental and non-profit area, dealing with local, state, and federal organizations.

The ISDN Team has a combined 60 years of service in the information systems and technologies field. The team is experienced in computer support, network design and installation, complex application design, software code support,forensic gathering, and custom web applications.

The ISDN team has professional certifications for many applications and systems. The list includes NEC PBX, A+, ATM, CISCO CCNA, CISSP, MCSE NT, MCSE 2000, Citrix CCEA Novell CNA.

The ISDN Team is expert at assisting customers to achieve a higher level of support for their internal and external users. ISDN excels at building custom solutions for web applications.

Information Security Defense Network is a Limited Liability Corporation that was spun off in 2001 from JIMANI Consultants LLC D.B.A. WEB CITI which was founded in 1997. The original name of ISDN was JLSEIBERT L.L.C. but was changed only in name to better represent the company's position in the market. The mission of the Company is to provide computer and Internet services for residential customers, small to medium size businesses and governmental agencies.
